Terms and Conditions
The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will
govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
A copy of these terms and conditions and your order may not be kept by
us and we advise you to print a copy of them for your information in the
future.
Purchasing
To purchase from Jubilee Souvenirs you must be over the age of 18.
When submitting your order you are confirming your wish to purchase goods
and allowing Jubilee Souvenirs to use your personal details for the purpose
of supplying goods. This may include passing details on to third parties
on your behalf i.e. couriers and subcontractors.
Jubilee Souvenirs reserves the right in its sole discretion, but without
any obligation,to correct any error or omission in any portion of the
service or and materials without notice.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed
acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do
not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors
and omissions excepted. VAT will be charged on all prices including carriage
at a rate of 17.5%. This is included in our published prices.
Delivery 
We will usually dispatch items within one business day of receiving an
order. Occasionally goods become temporarily unavailable. If an item is
not in stock we will contact you with an expected dispatch date. If you
have a specific deadline, it is advisable to check availability on ordering.
All goods are despatched by secure delivery for which a signature
will be required upon receipt. We use the Royal Mail Special Delivery
service for all our UK mainland deliveries.
We charge a flat fee of £3.95 for UK 3 day delivery.
Next-day UK delivery can be arranged for £5.95 on orders placed
before 12.00 p.m.
We charge a flat rate of £14.95 for delivery of International orders.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all local taxes that may be payable.
Jubilee Souvenirs makes no warranty to deliver products by any given
date but will make every effort to have purchases delivered to you at
the time indicated.
Jubilee Souvenirs will deliver within 30 days of the specified date unless
stated, or refund the total payment made. If we have prior knowledge of
delivery service disruption, we will contact you to agree a later delivery
date or cancellation of your order.
We will only process orders between Monday and Friday excluding Bank
Holidays.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Our goods are of the highest quality and undergo vigorous quality control
checks prior to dispatch. If you should receive goods that are deemed
to be imperfect we guarantee to exchange any item or refund your money
provided that we are notified of your receipt of imperfect goods within
one business day of delivery and the products are returned to us in their
original packaging.

On receipt of your notification we will contact you to make arrangement
for the return of the goods. You must return the goods to us initially
at your cost and we will refund the cost of postage.
Contract Cancellation and Returns
If you are a consumer you have the right, to cancel the contract and
receive a full refund. However, we will only accept unwanted products
for refund within 10 days of delivery provided that the goods are complete
with all relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition.
You must inform us in either writing or electronic mail of your desire
to cancel within seven working days commencing on the day after the day
the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your
cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during
any return journey.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods,
within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive a notice of cancellation
in writing or electronic mail from you.

Security and Privacy
We feel at Jubilee Souvenirs that security while shopping on the Internet
is of the uppermost importance and so we endeavour to use all security
checks at our disposal.
To check that you are in a secure area of our site look at the bottom
of your browser and you will see a closed padlock or an unbroken key.
When taking credit card details we automatically use secure server software
(SSL) which encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.
Payments will be processed by WorldPay
and as such are also subject to their terms and conditions.
When submitting your order you are confirming your agreement to purchase
goods and to allowing Jubilee Souvenirs to use your personal details for
the purpose of supplying goods. Any information given at the time of ordering
may be collected and used for marketing purposes by ourselves. We will
not pass on your details to any third parties. This information is collected
lawfully and in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. If you
do not wish to receive marketing correspondence from us you can write
to our Privacy Manager at the below address.
As customers are our most valuable asset we strive to protect their details
and as required by UK Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998, we follow strict
security procedures in storage and disclosure of information that you
have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures
mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are
able to disclose sensitive information to you.
